Acceptance of Terms

My Social Corner (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Social Academics Inc. (“Social Academics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility & Family Accounts

My Social Corner is built for children to use under the direction of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and must create and manage the family account. A child under 13 may not create an account or provide personal information directly to the Service. By creating a child profile or permitting a child to use the Service, the parent or guardian confirms that they are authorized to act for that child and agrees to supervise the child’s use. Parents may withdraw permission and request deletion of the child profile as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service Is Educational, Not Clinical

My Social Corner provides educational and entertainment content designed to help children practice social skills. It is not therapy, counseling, or any other clinical service, and it does not create a professional or client relationship. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content within it — including text, graphics, characters, stories, logos, and software — is the property of Social Academics Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial, family use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without our prior written permission.

Content You Submit

If the Service allows you or your child to submit content (such as comments, drawings, or activity responses), you represent that you have the right to submit it, and you grant Social Academics Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not publicly display children’s submitted content outside the family account without a parent or guardian’s consent.

Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain features of the Service may require a paid membership. By purchasing a membership, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method, and you agree to keep your payment information current. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis; subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to access the Service through any means other than the interface we provide
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its networks
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, or that infringes another’s rights
• Impersonate any person or entity, including Social Academics Inc. staff

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, including for a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account cancellation at any time.

Disclaimer, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our full disclaimer, including limitation of liability and indemnification terms, is set out in our Disclaimer and forms part of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
