Dr. Dana Jacobson
Licensed Educational Psychologist
Dr. Dana Jacobson is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and credentialed School Psychologist who has worked in the field of early education for the past 20 years. She has a wide variety of experience in the field of education, including preschool classroom teaching, behavioral therapy, mental health consultation, community education, and program design and evaluation.
Dr. Dana has previously worked as a consultant for the Los Angeles County Office of Education, where she supported a model of social-emotional early intervening services for Head Start preschool children throughout the county. She has also worked as a mental health consultant for Santa Monica Unified School District and Long Beach Unified School District. Dr. Dana received her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at the USC Rossier School of Education, and earned her Master of Science in School Psychology at California State University, Northridge. Dr. Dana currently works in private practice providing social skills groups and individual therapy to children and adolescents.
